The film, about the US Presidents' Daughter, is set in the US however one of the major action scenes takes place during a Presidential function in the yard of a local diplomat. In this case the location chosen to look like California was in Waitara on Sydney's North Shore. Artist Electronics provided and installed the practical festoon lighting, rented to the production at an attractive fee. Artist Electronics also manufactured a number of other props for this film including a special "solar power" switchboard and rented the Art Department a number of communications equipment cabinets for a comms room set.
